My newest challenge will be cleaning up my eating! But Kim, you’re a dietitian you should be eating perfectly already! Ha. I eat ok, but this last little bit of fluff I’m carrying around needs to be gone and I think really working on incorporating more fresh fruits and veggies and plant based protein sources is going to make all the difference!
